98000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing all users' access to and use of the 98000 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering or using the 98000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 98000 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms under applicable local or international law.
- Registering only one personal account — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
98000 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or passport for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your personal details current should any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 98000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any action that violates Malaysian law. Attempts to exploit technical bugs, use automated software (bots), or manipulate the gaming system may result in immediate account suspension.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 98000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currency payments directly. Any currency conversion, where applicable, is the responsibility of the third-party payment provider and not 98000.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers. All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Users must ensure deposits are made from a bank account or eWallet registered in their own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and any applicable wagering requirements. 98000 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
Declined or Failed Transactions
If a transaction is declined or fails due to technical reasons, the amount will be returned to the original source within a reasonable timeframe. 98000 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment system disruptions beyond our control.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Permitted Use
The 98000 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Users are prohibited from reselling, leasing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform without written consent from management. Use of the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
98000 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from wagering outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 98000 platform — including logos, graphics, interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 98000 or our licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Account Policies, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
98000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the bonus system.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Breach of these terms and conditions in any form.
- Requests from law enforcement authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 98000 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 98000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
98000 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
